OC&C advises Eurofins on the sale of its Electrical & Electronics business to UL Solutions

We are delighted to have supported Eurofins Scientific on the sale of its Electrical & Electronics (E&E) business to UL Solutions. OC&C provided sell-side commercial support on this transaction.

Eurofins is a global leader in laboratory services across food, environment, pharmaceutical, and consumer products, with a broad international network spanning multiple end markets. Its E&E division provides critical certification services to a global customer base across electrical safety, wireless technologies and connected products.

UL Solutions, a leader in global market access services, has agreed to acquire the business for an enterprise value of approximately €575 million. The transaction will significantly enhance UL Solutions’ global TIC footprint, particularly across EMEA and Asia-Pacific through strengthening its capabilities in electrical safety and connected product certification.
