OC&C Provides Buy Side Commercial Due Diligence to Apollo Global Management in Acquisition of Evri

We are happy to congratulate Apollo Global Management on their acquisition of Evri, formerly known as Hermes. OC&C provided buy side commercial due diligence to Apollo to support the deal.

Founded in 1990, Apollo Global Management is a leading provider of asset management and retirement solutions. The firm has a strong track record and significant experience in the transportation and logistics space. Following the acquisition, Evri has announced plans to increase its workforce by 9,000.

Evri delivers around 720 million parcels a year, and is used by leading retailers and marketplaces, including John Lewis, Marks and Spencers, and Vinted. The company has a near 20% share of the UK market, and was valued at £2.7bn in this acquisition.
