We’re pleased to have supported HSL Compliance in their recent efforts in securing investment from IK Partners. We provided HSL with vendor due diligence services. Completion of this transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

The company specialises in water hygiene, water treatment, and a range of other compliance solutions. With a strong national presence, HSL operates 19 offices across the UK and Ireland and employs around 650 professionals. It serves a diverse customer base of over 370 clients across various private and public sectors, including Food and Beverage, Manufacturing, Facilities Management, Healthcare, and Education.

Following from HSL’s successful partnership with LDC, the business has positioned themselves as a premium provider serving the needs of nationally and regionally complex estates by offering comprehensive water hygiene and treatment solutions, along with fire and air compliance services. LDC will continue with a minority stake alongside IK Partners. This partnership will support HSL’s positioning as the market leader in providing solutions that ensure client safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental protection.
