OC&C supports Innova Club1 during recent Burke&Burke sale process

We are pleased to congratulate Innova Club1 on its recent acquisition of a majority stake in Burke&Burke.

Burke&Burke operates in healthcare diagnostics, starting in 1976 supplying biomedical devices and healthcare solutions to patients in critical care. Today they supply sophisticated MedDev products and systems, technological content and innovative solutions to improve diagnosis and treatment of patients in intensive care, sub-intensive care, neonatal care and operating rooms. The business is likely to benefit from tailwinds generated by Italian Government policies such as the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) which aims to increase intensive and sub-intensive care beds in the country. The business serves more than 400 public and private hospitals and clinics.
