OC&C Welcomes Aaron Souza as U.S.-based TMT Partner

Expanding OC&C’s global TMT leadership through continued growth in North America.

New York, November 10, 2025 – OC&C Strategy Consultants has announced the appointment of Aaron Souza as a Partner in its global TMT practice, based in New York.

Souza joins OC&C from Bain & Company, where he was a Partner in the TMT practice for the past five years. He brings over 15 years of experience advising clients across communications, media and entertainment, with particular depth in music, sports and advertising.

Earlier in his career, he spent significant time in Bain’s Private Equity practice, advising investors in software and broader technology assets. In addition to his client work, Souza was deeply involved in recruiting and training efforts at Bain, and held a number of leadership roles in their New York office.

His appointment strengthens OC&C’s TMT expertise in North America and reflects the firm’s continued global investment in specialised knowledge and top-tier talent, building on recent TMT growth across Europe.
