OC&C Provides Vendor Due Diligence to Sansidor on investment from IK Small Cap III

We are happy to congratulate Sansidor on their investment from IK Small Cap III. OC&C provided commercial vendor due diligence to Sansidor and their shareholder, HC Partners.

Sansidor, first formed in 2018 by HC Partners, is now comprised of 18 companies based in the Netherlands. The group provides testing and inspection across the built environment industry, specialising in air and water quality, infection prevention, electricity and thermography, building inspections and SCIOS inspections.

In partnership with IK and the support of HC Partners, Sansidor will continue developing its in-house M&A capabilities.
