OC&C advises 3i on the sale of MPM Products to Partners Group

We are delighted to congratulate 3i on the successful sale of MPM Products to Partners Group. OC&C provided commercial vendor due diligence to support 3i on the transaction.

MPM is a leading global pet food business focused on natural and premium wet cat products. Its brands, Applaws, Reveal and Encore, are recognised for their high-quality, limited-ingredient formulations and strong alignment with pet parent trends for transparency, nutrition, and indulgence. MPM, like OC&C, is a Certified B Corporation™.

Since 3i’s investment in 2020, the business has seen significant growth, expanding its international footprint and strengthening its omnichannel model across North America, EMEA and APAC. In particular, it has grown rapidly in the US market across channels and now c80% of sales come from outside the UK.

The business is well-positioned to benefit from category premiumisation, further international scale-up, and continued product innovation. We are looking forward to seeing the continued growth and success of MPM.
