We’re pleased to congratulate IceLake Capital on their majority stake investment in D. van der Steen, a leading Dutch provider of asphalt maintenance services to municipalities and provinces. We provided commercial vendor due diligence services to D. van der Steen and its former shareholder Foreman Capital.

D. van der Steen serve the central Netherlands, North Brabant and Limburg regions, operating as a main contractor through multiyear asphalt maintenance, natural stone paving and inner-city infrastructure services. This is supported by a highly experienced team and range of specialised machines, which enable modernisation and development of city infrastructure.
