Obsequio is a leading compliance services provider, offering fire safety, water hygiene, security, asbestos, energy and environmental compliance solutions to clients across the public and private sectors. Under Beech Tree’s ownership, the group grew rapidly both organically and through a focused buy-and-build strategy to reach over £70m in revenues.

Warren Equity Partners, a US-based private equity firm with a strong track record in industrial and business services, will support Obsequio in its next phase of growth as it continues to scale its operations and consolidate its position in the UK compliance market. Warren’s support will also accelerate the distribution of Obsequio’s proprietary technology platform Drax Technology, providing over 4000 businesses worldwide with life safety and building compliance solutions.
