Marco Valsecchi

Marco started his career in management consulting at Bain & Co and then in Long Term Partners, where he specialised in the industrial sector, particularly in FMCG and Retail.

He has an extensive experience in implementing relevant transformation programs, where he has provided support both for operational excellence tasks (in Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance areas) and for PMO and Change Management activities.

Marco has previous managerial experience in leading companies, including Pirelli and Cisco Systems, and also in some other medium-size Italian companies operating in the furniture sector, where he has held the General Manager and Chief Executive roles.

He has a relevant experience abroad, having worked among major European countries (mainly France, Luxembourg, UK, Germany and Poland), Asia (China, Hong Kong, Singapore) and America (US, Canada, Brazil).

Marco has a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Milan’s Polytechnic and an MBA from Milan’s Bocconi University.
