Since Synova’s investment in 2021, Orbis Protect has delivered strong growth through a combination of organic expansion and targeted M&A, alongside continued investment in its proprietary technology platform and international footprint. The transaction marks a successful exit for Synova, generating a strong return and positioning the business for its next phase of growth.

Tiger Infrastructure Partners will support Orbis Protect’s continued expansion, with a focus on scaling its platform internationally and further developing its AI-enabled security and monitoring capabilities.
