Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Prague, Shoptet powers several online stores across Czechia and Slovakia, representing more than half of all e-commerce businesses in the region. Its all-in-one solution helps small and medium-sized merchants easily launch and scale their online presence, offering tools ranging from storefront creation to payment integrations.

The acquisition marks a significant step in team.blue’s ongoing strategy to deepen its capabilities across the European digital ecosystem.
