OC&C advises Wireless Logic on its acquisition of Zipit Wireless

We’re pleased to congratulate the Wireless Logic team on its acquisition of Zipit Wireless, adding scale and further US presence to its global IoT connectivity platform services to customers across 165 countries. OC&C provided buy-side commercial diligence to Wireless Logic.

Zipit is a US-based provider of multi-carrier IoT & billing solutions, offering flexible, white-labelled billing to leading OEMs, strengthening Wireless’ global footprint and commercial capabilities and enhancing the Group’s North American presence.

This latest transaction follows OC&C’s wider market and commercial work with Wireless Logic Group, including its recent landmark support from General Atlantic that recognises the multi-billion dollar valuation of this leading platform.  It’s a privilege to continue to support the team on its successful corporate development, and we look forward to what’s next.
