We’re pleased to congratulate Azets on their recent successful investment from PAI Partners, alongside a re-investment from Hg.

We’ve worked with Azets over several years as the business has grown and developed from a leading Nordics provider into also becoming a leading player in the UK. Most recently we worked closely with the business to understand the market and regulatory dynamics they are facing into, alongside a deep understanding of the resilience and advantages of their technology-enabled operating model; this work culminated in us providing the Commercial Vendor Due Diligence during this investment process as part of our ongoing relationship.

Azets is a specialist group providing compliance, advisory, audit and payroll services to SMEs and Enterprises, and our work particularly focused on their tech-enabled services – including the impact of new technologies on the broader accountancy profession. Formed by Hg six years ago, its 7,600 professionals advise over 93,000 clients, generating revenues of approximately £700 million.

PAI’s support alongside Hg will only help continue Azets’ successful growth strategy, building its presence in new and existing markets across Europe.
