How have you developed your skills since joining OC&C?

Consulting is about fact-based and data-driven decision-making. I came from a background in tech and sales, where things are much more relationship and intuition based. Pairing the analytical toolkit I’ve built and developed at OC&C with my incumbent background has given me a lot more confidence since starting.

What attracted you to consulting at OC&C specifically?

It was really the work itself, and the shape of the firm. I wanted to be at a smaller feeling firm – where I could have a bit more impact at an early stage. I also thought that the work OC&C was doing across sectors like sports, tech and private equity aligned better with what I want from my career.
