OC&C advises Vitruvian on Travel Counsellors deal

OC&C is delighted to announce Vitruvian Partners’ acquisition of Travel Counsellors from Equistone Partners Europe. Travel Counsellors is a Manchester-based technology platform enabling over 1,500 independent travel consultants to provide advice and planning services for customers.

Vitruvian has made a number of successful investments in travel technology and data businesses, including OAG, Skyscanner & JACTravel. OC&C advised Vitruvian on all of these transactions and supported management teams with the value creation plan for each business. OC&C has extensive expertise across the evolving travel landscape from our work with providers (such as hotels, cruise, airlines…), technology distribution platforms, insurance brokers and innovative agency models.
