OC&C advises Bridgepoint on its investment in Zuto

We are pleased to congratulate Bridgepoint on its majority investment in Zuto, a leading UK-based car finance platform. OC&C provided commercial due diligence to support Bridgepoint in this transaction.

Zuto is a fast-growing fintech business focused on transforming how customers access car finance. Through its proprietary technology platform and customer-first approach, Zuto has helped over 450,000 people secure the right finance options for their car purchases. The business generated £75m of revenue and £12.5m EBITDA in the 12 months to June 2025, with strong ongoing growth momentum.

Bridgepoint’s investment will support Zuto as it enters its next phase of growth, scaling its platform, expanding its product offering and continuing to lead innovation in the £30bn UK car finance market. The investment is being made by Bridgepoint Growth, which partners with high-growth, profitable businesses across Europe.

OC&C’s support focused on validating Zuto’s market position, growth potential and technology-driven model, as well as identifying future value creation opportunities. Our work drew on our previous relationship with the business and deep experience in digital platforms and financial services, particularly where technology and customer experience are reshaping traditional markets.  We are delighted for the management team and wish them all the best on the next stage of the journey.
