OC&C advises Sienna on a Health, Safety and Environment Services investment

We are pleased to congratulate Sienna Private Equity on its agreement to acquire Teco, a leading provider of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) services in Italy. OC&C supported the transaction by delivering buy-side commercial due diligence.

Founded in 1995, Teco has established itself as a trusted HSE partner to businesses across Italy, offering a comprehensive suite of services including occupational health, workplace safety, environmental consultancy and training. The business is recognised for its technical expertise, operational excellence and deep client relationships across a range of industries.

The transaction marks the beginning of a strategic partnership with Teco’s founder and CEO, who will remain a significant shareholder in the business. With Sienna’s backing, Teco aims to accelerate its growth through both organic initiatives and targeted acquisitions, with the ambition of creating Italy’s leading integrated HSE services platform.
