What was your background prior to joining OC&C?

I moved to New York at the tender age of 18 and got my BFA in Acting from Marymount Manhattan College. I then spent ~10 years in the hospitality business as events planning and executive assistant to a celebrity chef.

What’s your favourite OC&C experience?

I think probably planning and being a part of ITW 2018 in Chicago. What a wonderful and challenging experience it was, and a fantastic opportunity to build relationships with my colleagues abroad. And so much fun!

What do you like to get up to in your free time outside of the office?

In my spare time I’m usually working on my new house or chasing my very wilful 3 year old around.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

I would tell my younger self that being young or a woman does not lessen your ability. Don’t be scared to step up to the plate, because you are more capable than you think!
