Before joining OC&C, I gained valuable experience working as an analyst for IT and sales teams at major global corporations. At OC&C, I serve as a Business Systems Analyst, where I ensure that the needs of various internal teams are met through effective use of systems and processes. My role involves analyzing business requirements, implementing system solutions, optimizing processes to improve efficiency and support ongoing system maintenance.
