What was your background prior to joining OC&C?

I have joined OC&C twice (!) Once straight from university after doing a Masters in Chemistry at Oxford. In that time I also interned at Serco where I was a client of OC&C which is how I came across them. The second time, I joined again after 3 years as Strategy, Business Development & International Director at Hobbs (a women’s clothing brand).

What’s your favourite OC&C experience?

There are so many. Fundamentally what I love most about OC&C is the opportunity to work with great teams – internally and externally – to set the future direction of businesses and solve some of their biggest challenges. My days are filled with so many interesting conversations.

What do you like to get up to in your free time outside of the office?

I have twin daughters so most of my non-office time is spent in parks, at museums, at farms and zoos, doing arts and crafts, dancing, cooking and baking and generally having fun with them. I am also a Trustee of a great conversation charity called Blue Ventures.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

Let go of perfectionism sooner and have greater confidence in your abilities. No one has all the answers.
