This recruitment season, we’re excited to host a range of events designed to give women an insight into strategy consulting at OC&C.

Case Study Workshops

Thursday 30th October 2025 | OC&C, 6 New Street Square, London EC4A 3AT

Join us at our London office for an interactive case study session with OC&C consultants in a relaxed and supportive environment.

An opportunity to gain hands-on experience solving real-world business problems, hear insights from our team, and ask questions about the application process and life at OC&C.

Morning Session: 10am – 1:30pm

Includes a light lunch and informal networking afterwards.

Afternoon Session: 2pm – 5:30pm

Includes afternoon tea and informal networking beforehand.

What to expect:

• Guidance on applying to OC&C
• Insights into life at the firm
• Case study interview advice and practice
• Opportunity to ask questions to current consultants

Places in the case study workshops are limited and will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. Reasonable travel expenses can be reimbursed.

Women’s Network Panel Event

Tuesday 28th October 2025 | 5:00pm – 6:00pm | Online

Join us for an online panel discussion with OC&C women. This interactive session offers a chance to ask questions, hear personal experiences, and gain insight into our culture and approach to consulting.

Evening Networking Event

Monday 3rd November 2025 | From 6:30pm | Humble Grape, Fleet Street

Meet OC&C consultants and fellow applicants in a relaxed setting over drinks and conversation. This is a great opportunity to ask questions about consulting, life at OC&C, and hear first-hand experiences from women the firm.
