OC&C advises Goltens Worldwide on its sale to HD Hyundai Marine Solution

We are delighted to congratulate Goltens Worldwide on its agreement to be acquired by HD Hyundai Marine Solution (HMS). OC&C provided vendor due diligence to Goltens in support of the transaction.

Established 86 years ago, Goltens is a global provider of engineering, maintenance and repair services to the marine and industrial sectors. With an extensive international service network and deep technical expertise, the company supports customers with planned maintenance, complex engineering projects and urgent repair requirements.

HD Hyundai Marine Solution is a leading provider of marine aftermarket services and solutions. The proposed acquisition will bring together Goltens’ global engineering and service capabilities with HMS’s complementary strengths, creating opportunities to expand technical capabilities, strengthen international service coverage and accelerate investment in people, facilities and technology.

Following completion of the transaction, Goltens will continue to operate as an independent service provider, maintaining its established customer relationships and commitment to high-quality technical service.
