OC&C advises PM&Partners on its investment in Seta Beauty Clinic
We are delighted to congratulate PM&Partners on its acquisition of a majority stake in Seta Beauty Clinic, a leading Italian provider of advanced beauty treatments, specialising in permanent laser hair removal alongside a broader range of body and facial treatments. OC&C provided commercial due diligence to PM&Partners in support of the transaction.
Seta Beauty Clinic has established a strong position in the growing advanced beauty treatment market, supported by an experienced and committed management team. As of June 2026, the company operates more than 90 centres across 13 regions in Italy, combining advanced technologies, standardised operating processes, centrally managed digital marketing and highly qualified professionals to deliver a consistent customer experience.
The investment will support Seta Beauty Clinic’s next phase of growth, accelerating its expansion through both organic development and potential acquisitions. The transaction marks the twentieth investment by PM&Partners III, including direct and follow-on investments.
