We are pleased to congratulate World Travel Holdings (“WTH”), one of North America’s leading travel distribution platforms, on securing a strategic investment from Citation Capital.

OC&C provided vendor due diligence to WTH in support of the transaction.

Founded in 2005, WTH is a technology-enabled, asset-light platform operating at the centre of the cruise and broader leisure travel ecosystem. The business spans blue-chip loyalty and private-label partnerships, franchise travel agencies and a portfolio of owned travel brands. WTH operates leading franchise networks, Dream Vacations and CruiseOne.

The investment reflects the strength of WTH’s differentiated multi-channel platform, deep supplier relationships and proprietary technology capabilities, which together have positioned the business as one of the largest travel distributors in North America. The transaction also highlights continued investor confidence in the cruise sector and broader experiential travel market, underpinned by sustained consumer demand for high-quality experiences.

Citation Capital’s investment will support WTH and its management team, led by Co-Founders and Co-CEOs Jeff and Brad Tolkin, as the business continues to scale its platform, and build on its strong market position in North America and beyond.
