OC&C advises Alpine Hearing Protection on its sale to Gimv

We are pleased to congratulate all parties involved with the transaction of Alpine Hearing Protection from Vendis Capital to Gimv. OC&C provided vendor due diligence to Alpine and its shareholder Vendis Capital to support this transaction.

Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Utrecht, the Netherlands, Alpine is a leading and rapidly growing international brand in premium, passive hearing protection. Its extensive product portfolio—including earplugs and earmuffs for music, sleep, travel, and work—is sold in over 65 countries through a robust omnichannel platform spanning retail, e-commerce, and events. Alpine has also earned B Corp certification, reflecting its commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Gimv, a European investment company listed on Euronext Brussels, has acquired a majority stake in Alpine from Vendis Capital, the founders, and the management team. The management team will reinvest part of its proceeds and partner with Gimv to drive the next phase of growth.
