OC&C advises Foreman Capital on its investment in Dolmans Landscaping Group

OC&C is pleased to have supported Foreman Capital on its recent investment in Dolmans Landscaping Group BV, a leading Dutch provider of landscaping and green infrastructure services. OC&C provided buy-side commercial due diligence to Foreman Capital in support of the transaction.

Founded in 1961, Dolmans Landscaping Group has grown into a nationwide, full-service landscaping platform. Services offered include recurring green maintenance, tree care, new development, design and advisory services, as well as specialised tree care and ecological advisory. With more than twelve locations across the Netherlands, around 900 employees and revenues exceeding €100 million, Dolmans is one of the leading players in the Dutch landscaping and green infrastructure sector.

The partnership with Foreman Capital marks an important next step in Dolmans’ growth journey, supporting the continued professionalisation and scaling of the business. The investment supports Dolmans’ ambition to further scale its platform, expand its service offering and benefit from long-term structural tailwinds, including sustainability, urbanisation and increased investment in green infrastructure.
