OC&C advises on deal in Digital Signage and Out-of-Home Advertising Landscape 

We’re pleased to congratulate Orvian (Xenon PE Small Cap Portfolio) for acquiring Xuniplay and Advooh, two of the most interesting technological platforms across the digital signage and out-of-home advertising landscape.

The transaction, supported by Xenon Private Equity Small Cap, marks a concrete step in the evolution of Orvian, the Italian digital innovation hub capable of covering the entire value chain, from the physical presence of brands in urban spaces to the in-store experience.

Xuniplay is an advanced digital signage platform, designed to make physical spaces more engaging. Thanks to dynamic content updated in real time, it helps brands offer a more effective in-store experience consistent with their brand.

Advooh, on the other hand, is a programmatic digital advertising platform for the out-of-home (DOOH) sector, allowing brands to plan, launch, and optimize geo-localized campaigns in real time across a network of high-impact outdoor screens. Both solutions, Xuniplay and Advooh, integrate seamlessly into Orvian’s technological offering, enriching its portfolio of digital products, which already includes Alligator, Emma, and Lol.

The transaction represents a further step forward in the growth of the Orvian Group and stands out for a feature that underlines its solidity: Fabbricadigitale has chosen to reinvest part of the proceeds directly into Orvian, becoming itself part of the group and confirming, through this industrial alliance, its confidence in the growth path. To ensure continuity with the original project, the two platforms become part of a group already composed of complementary and well-integrated companies (Fifth Beat, Web Al Chilo, Magilla Company, Eurostep) and are added to the proprietary technological products Alligator, Emma, and LoL. The result is a portfolio that now covers physical and digital touchpoints in an increasingly coherent and integrated way.
