OC&C Appoints Rhian Woods as Partner to Lead Firm-Wide Analytics Capability

London, 20 October 2025 – We are delighted to announce the appointment of Rhian Woods as a Partner, based in our London office, where she joins the fast-growing Retail and Leisure sector.

Rhian also takes on global leadership of our analytics function – a core capability that increasingly underpins strategic decision-making across all sectors. Her appointment reflects our ongoing investment in helping clients harness the power of advanced analytics to unlock sharper insight and deliver stronger customer and commercial outcomes.

Rhian joins OC&C with over twenty-five years of experience spanning strategic consulting, professional services, marketing and customer strategy. Most recently, she was a Partner in PwC’s Strategy&, and has also held leadership roles in dunnhumby, the customer data science firm owned by Tesco, M&C Saatchi as well as Ogilvy in WPP.
