She supports retail clients across a diverse range of go-to-market models (including platforms, omnichannel formats, traditional brick-and-mortar, and online pure-plays) in developing winning strategies with true impact.

Her focus lies on developing strategies that are closely integrated with the entire value chain – from sourcing and procurement to fulfillment and last mile delivery – and enable her clients to remain resilient and adaptable in today’s uncertain and constantly evolving environment.
