OC&C advises on Constructionline deal

OC&C Strategy Consultants is pleased to congratulate Warburg Pincus on their recent acquisition of Supplier Assessment Services from Capita for £160m. OC&C supported Warburg Pincus with commercial due diligence, leveraging our deep expertise across the construction materials value-chain and our extensive experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification industry.

Supplier Assessment Services, is a UK-based procurement, health and safety accreditation and supply chain risk management services provider. It delivers mission-critical and high value-add compliance services to public and private sector customers in the construction, facilities management, education and utilities industries. It includes the Constructionline and Acclaim portfolio of products and services.

Constructionline provides third-party technology-enabled qualification and accreditation services, collecting, assessing and monitoring over 30 million bits of information from more than 46,000 suppliers. Acclaim is the SSIP accreditation member scheme available to Constructionline and non-Constructionline members.

The transaction is another in a series that we have supported in our broader Science & Compliance sector team, which encompasses a broad range of Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) and Testing Inspection Certification (TIC).
