OC&C advises epyx on its sale to OEC

We are pleased to congratulate epyx on its sale to OEConnection (OEC), a Francisco Partners portfolio company.

OC&C provided vendor due diligence to epyx in support of the transaction.

epyx is a leading fleet software platform that connects fleet operators, leasing companies, service providers and vehicle manufacturers across the UK and Europe. Its digital network helps streamline vehicle service, maintenance, repair (SMR) authorisation and fleet management workflows. Alongside epyx, the transaction includes sister companies r2c Online and Business Gateway.

Our automotive team are excited about the opportunities for eypx and others from the ongoing digitalisation and use of data in the automotive aftermarket be it in SMR, collision or other services.

The transaction is expected to close in autumn 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
