OC&C advise Bridgepoint Development Capital on investment in Fera Science

We are pleased to congratulate Bridgepoint Development Capital (BDC) on their recent acquisition of a majority shareholding in Fera Science Limited, in a transaction valuing Fera at £80m. We provided buy-side support throughout the process.

Established in 2015 as a joint venture between Capita and DEFRA, Fera Science provides expert laboratory and field based assurance, applied research, proficiency testing and data services to the public and private sector across the agriculture, food and environment value chain.
