OC&C advises Armònia on creation of new luxury beauty platform

We’re pleased to congratulate Orienta Capital Partners, Armònia SGR S.p.A. and Square Capital Club on the announced creation of a new platform in the luxury cosmetics and fragrances sector, bringing together Trendcolor S.r.l., Inunup S.r.l. and New Cosmesy S.r.l.

The deal marks the next step in Trendcolor’s growth journey, which began in 2022 with its acquisition by Orienta. Since then, Trendcolor has established itself as a leading player in Italy’s third-party cosmetics manufacturing market. This new platform will integrate Trendcolor’s capabilities in third-party make-up production with Inunup and New Cosmesy’s expertise in fragrance creation, forming a vertically specialised and scalable group in the beauty sector.

The Group will operate an end-to-end model spanning the entire cosmetics value chain – from raw material sourcing and formulation to production and logistics. A focus on product innovation, enabled by the complementary expertise of the integrated companies, positions the platform to offer a complete, flexible and highly specialised proposition to beauty brands.
