OC&C advises Minerva Hub on acquisition in the Fashion sector

We’re pleased to congratulate Minerva Hub on their recent investment in Goretti S.r.l., together with its group companies Estro Lab S.r.l., Deadema S.r.l., Teknomabel S.r.l. We provided buy-side strategic support throughout the process.

Goretti is a traditional artisanal company based in Serra de’ Conti, specialising in applications and special processes in the fashion sector. These include applying diverse fashion trims such as Swarovski crystals and other accessories onto leather goods, footwear and clothing. Estro Lab, is a consulting studio which specialises in the research of new materials and fashion trends. Deadema based in Forlì specialises in the production of costume jewellery and Teknomabel S.r.l. is an innovative startup which manufactures the moulding of plastic components.
