OC&C advises on deal in Italian accounting and professional services sector

We’re pleased to congratulate AnaCap on the launch of Titan; a new platform focused on the accounting and professional services sector. As the first step for this strategy, Titan has signed an agreement for a majority stake in Cattaneo Dall’Olio Rho Tax & Legal Group (CDR). OC&C supported AnaCap in the commercial review of the transaction, providing market and company analysis to help assess the strategic opportunity.

Founded in 2000, CDR is an independent professional services firm headquartered in Bergamo, Italy. It provides a wide range of services such as accounting, tax advisory, corporate services and strategic M&A advisory advice across the Italian financial ecosystem, including corporates, SMEs and entrepreneurs. With over 70% of its revenues derived from recurring client mandates, the business benefits from a highly resilient and reliable revenue profile.
