Its technology allows thousands of SMEs across Spain to meet evolving data privacy requirements while upskilling their teams to manage compliance effectively. The acquisition enhances Wilmington’s strong suite of Governance, Risk and Compliance businesses, adding technology-driven capabilities in a dynamic and fast-growing segment.
