OC&C advises Xenon on the creation of a group in environmental consulting

We are pleased to congratulate Xenon Private Equity Small Cap, a fund managed by Xenon AIFM, on the creation of Ekofuture – a new environmental and health & safety consulting group. OC&C supported the transaction by providing buy-side commercial due diligence.

• Ekofuture was formed through the acquisition of majority stakes in three specialist businesses:
• TuttoAmbiente – focused on environmental legal training and consulting,
• Ecoricerche – active in environmental permitting,
  Tea Consulting – delivering broader environmental consulting, territorial planning, and workplace safety services.

Entrepreneurs from the three businesses have reinvested alongside Xenon, creating a strong platform to support Italian businesses navigating the increasing complexity of environmental compliance. Ekofuture aims to offer integrated, high-quality solutions to address the ongoing challenges of ecological transition and sustainable development.

The group already serves more than 200 clients across sectors including financial services, industrials, energy & utilities, pharmaceuticals & healthcare, retail and food. With a network of around 120 consultants, Ekofuture brings together deep expertise and complementary capabilities. The three founding companies will continue to operate independently, while drawing on shared resources and knowledge to accelerate growth and unlock synergies.
