Founded in 2023, Grüns has rapidly established itself as a leading player in the US greens supplement category, offering nutrient-rich “superfood” gummies designed to make daily wellness simple and engaging for consumers. The brand has built strong momentum through its digitally native model, distinctive positioning and high levels of consumer engagement.
The acquisition marks a further step in Unilever’s ongoing portfolio transformation towards premium, high-growth segments, with a particular focus on Beauty & Wellbeing and the US market. The transaction is expected to close later this year, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
