We are pleased to congratulate UniHomes on securing investment from Macquarie Capital, with further backing from existing investor LDC. OC&C provided vendor due diligence to support UniHomes as it embarks on its next stage of growth.

UniHomes is a leading student accommodation platform, offering a streamlined solution for students to find university housing with bills included. The business has grown rapidly under LDC’s investment, expanding to serve students in over 60 university locations across the UK and increasing revenue by 75% over the past two years.

The investment will support UniHomes in accelerating product development, expanding its university and agent partnerships, and cementing its presence in the student accommodation sector.
