Jeremy has developed growth strategies for both early-stage companies and global market leaders over the past 25 years. His sector coverage is broad but with real depth in both the Retail and Food & Beverage sectors. Jeremy has also led over 100 commercial due diligence engagements (buy and sell side) for private equity spanning the last two decades.

In his most recent role as the Founder and Managing Partner of EY-Parthenon Oceania, he built a profitable practice of five partners and 35 staff providing strategy services to leading private equity firms and corporates.

Prior to that, he spent 19 years at Kearney, serving in various national, regional, and global leadership roles within the Strategy, Sustainability and Consumer Goods & Retail Practices. At Kearney he served the firm as a Partner-elected Director on the Global Board. He began his career as an Economist with the NSW Treasury including a period as a Policy Advisor to the Minster for Finance.
