Tom has over 12 years of strategy consulting experience in Europe and the US. He is focused on the retail and leisure & hospitality industries, and works with clients on topics ranging from corporate strategy development through to value delivery.
A key theme of his recent work has been helping clients optimise commercial strategies and customer experiences in an omni-channel world. Tom also works closely with our analytics practice in leveraging the power of big data to solve our client’s most critical questions.
He brings a practical mind-set to his consulting work, and has spent time in industry and on secondment working with clients helping to deliver value.
Tom holds an MA in Economics and Management from Oxford University.
