Founded in 1993, NOK has built a market-leading position through its integrated approach to long-term weight management and wellness, combining lifestyle coaching, surgical intervention and increasingly GLP-1 therapy. NOK has supported over 50,000 individuals to date, across the Netherlands and beyond. With eleven clinics nationwide, NOK’s mission is to support any person in their important journey towards a healthy weight and healthy life. Their founding principles of care have helped over 9,000 new patients within the last year.

Vendis Capital’s investment will enable NOK to accelerate its growth and broaden access to specialist, multidisciplinary obesity treatment, including GLP1, across the Netherlands and Europe.
