OC&C advises Vendis Capital on investment in Skins Cosmetics

This announcement follows OC&C providing buy-side commercial due diligence support to Vendis Capital.
Founded in 2000, Skins Cosmetics' first boutique opened in the well-known Nine Streets area of Amsterdam, bringing together a range of luxury niche brands. Since then, the company has expanded to offering a carefully crafted assortment of 150 luxury niche brands over 20 stores (owned and franchised) in the Netherlands, Belgium and South-Africa, while also operating a successful online store.
For the independent European private equity firm, Vendis Capital, this latest investment further strengthens their portfolio and position as specialists in consumer scale ups and building brands together with entrepreneurs and senior management teams.
