Founded in 2010, fellow B Corp Dishoom has grown to become one of the UK’s most respected and distinctive hospitality brands, known for its unique dining experiences inspired by the Irani cafés of Bombay. With eleven restaurants and four Permit Room cafés across the UK, the group has built a loyal following and strong commercial performance, underpinned by a commitment to quality, culture and guest experience.

This landmark investment – led by L Catterton, the leading consumer-focused private equity firm marks a significant milestone for Dishoom. It is the company’s first external capital raise and will support the brand’s international growth ambitions, including the launch of its first US site in New York, targeted for 2026.
