OC&C Strategy Consultants Appoints Riccardo Pipparelli as Partner in Milan Office

Milan,  [1st April 2025] — We are pleased to announce the appointment of Riccardo Pipparelli as a Partner in the firm’s Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) practice, based in Milan.

Our TMT team delivers deep sector expertise across Media & Consumer Internet, Software, B2B Information & Services, and Cloud & ICT Services. In his new role, Riccardo will focus on expanding our TMT capabilities in Milan, while continuing to support clients across the firm’s core sectors and international footprint.

From Associate Consultant to Partner, Riccardo’s promotion is a testament to OC&C’s commitment to nurturing talent and supporting career progression. Since joining the firm in 2014 as an Associate Consultant, Riccardo has played a pivotal role in the growth of both the Milan office and the TMT practice. Riccardo has built a strong track record advising both private equity and corporate clients across TMT, Infrastructure, and has even extended his experience into other specific subsectors – including the full Pet Care value chain.

Known for his pragmatic and results-driven approach, Riccardo specialises in developing structured solutions to complex challenges, helping clients scale effectively and unlock long-term value.
