Matt has spent his entire career with OC&C, focusing on work in B2B markets with complex value chains, where clarity of information is scarce and actionable insight is difficult to compile.
Amongst these focus B2B markets, Matt spends a significant amount of his time working with companies in construction & industrial products (both manufacturing and distribution), infrastructure & construction services.
His work spans long-term strategy development, performance improvement, and transaction support – where he works across the investment cycle, from opportunity identification, through to divestment and vendor due diligence. Matt primarily works with corporate clients and financial investors in the UK, US, and Europe.
