With over 25 years’ experience spanning strategic consulting, professional services, marketing and customer strategy, Rhian leads the analytics function globally – a core capability that increasingly underpins strategic decision-making across all sectors.
Prior to OC&C, Rhian was a Partner in PwC’s Strategy&, and has also held leadership roles in dunnhumby, the customer data science firm owned by Tesco, M&C Saatchi as well as Ogilvy in WPP. Her broad sector experiences span retail and leisure, airlines, travel and consumer goods.
