Chris works with telecoms and technology management teams, private equity and debt providers to capture and grow value from their businesses.
He has led over 150 transaction support (market/commercial diligence, synergy case development, portfolio restructuring), growth strategy, and operational improvement assignments across EMEA and Asia-Pacific.
With 20 years’ experience of working at the confluence of strategy, finance and technology, Chris has particular expertise in Cloud IT, Communications Infrastructure, Platforms and Services, and the Internet of Things.
