OC&C congratulates Auto1 on its recent IPO

We are pleased to congratulate Auto1 on its highly successful IPO earlier this year. OC&C provided commercial and market analysis for Auto1 during the IPO process. 
 
Auto1 is Europe’s largest marketplace for used-cars. The oversubscribed IPO raised over €1.8bn, creating a large investment fund for Auto1’s continued European expansion and to help build its D2C AutoHero brand. OC&C was able to provide a unique combination of great depth of expertise in Auto 1’s target automotive markets, and insight into key distribution trends.
